Can you replace just the glass?
In many cases, yes. If the frame is sound and only the glass or seal has failed, a glass replacement can restore the window at a lower cost than a full replacement.
Why are my windows foggy between the panes?
That fog is condensation from a failed seal in a double-pane window. We can replace the glass unit to clear it up and restore efficiency.
Is it cheaper to repair or replace a window?

Can you fix a window that sticks, will not lock, or slams shut?
Usually, yes. Those are hardware problems: worn rollers, failed balances, or misaligned locks. Most are quick fixes once the right part is in hand. If parts for a discontinued window no longer exist, we will tell you honestly before anything comes apart and go from there.
Why does my room still get hot with the window closed?
Closed is not the same as sealed. Worn weatherstripping and failed glass seals let hot outside air and radiant heat through all summer, and in Fresno that shows up on your PG&E bill. A repair that restores the seal helps. If the window is single-pane, the glass itself is the bigger problem and we will say so.
